I LOVE borcht! I’ve never made it though. But when I get a Piroshky, I like to order it on the side. With sour cream. Mmmmm.

Hot or cold borcht? Sorry, but no cold borcht for me – it reminds me too much of the GULAG. Koba thought up cold borcht—greatly watered down (no sour cream) as a very effective torture technique. Must have been a nice guy though—25% of Russians want him back—cold, watered down borcht and all. — Love the pics, but how did you get Meg Ryan to pose for you. Love you, P.
